After watching High Fidelity again today I am going to try and start posting my most favorite stuff on here, since I know you all love to learn about me...

Athenaeum - Radiance
Toad the Wet Sprocket - Pale
Hootie and the Blowfish Cracked Rear View
The Juliana Theory - Understand this is a Dream
Smithereens - Blown to Smithereens (Best of the Smithereens) - yeah I know I cheated on this one but I love these songs...

Radiance would definitely make a top album list for me as well. It may have to be a top 10 though.

This is something that I've been thinking about a lot lately myself. Top CDs, movies, etc. I've been looking for a freeware program where you enter a list of items and then it gives you two items at a time. You pick the one of the two that you prefer and it goes through all of the possible combinations. Using those results, it gives you a list. I had a program like that way back when for either my Commodore 64 or Radio Shack Color Computer.

I think my favorite Toad album is Dulcinea. It's the CD that got me hooked on Toad, "Windmills" is still my favorite Toad song, and there are a ton of great songs on that CD.

I really love the Covered, Scattered, and Smothered album by Hootie. There are some great covers that were on soundtracks here and there as well as some all new covers. All of their albums are great though.

My list would incluse something by the Push Stars, BNL, early Vertical Horizon, maybe Ten by Pearl Jam, and something by Nirvana, I just have too many favorites. :)

Oh yeah, I forgot Counting Crows as well. August and Everything After is a masterpiece. The first time I heard "Anna Begins" was one of those special moments for me.

Along with hearing "When I Fall" by BNL live, "Angel" by Sarah McLachlan (w/ Jim Creeggan on bass), "I Will Not Take These Things For Granted" by Toad (first time it had been played live in like 2 or 3 years.), etc.
