Subject: Xenadrine...
Security: Public
Mood:workingworking
I'm going to start taking Xenadrine today to see if I can help kick start my body losing weight. I am trying to eat better and I'm trying to get in a couple days of excersise every week, plus I also drink about 1 -1.5 liters of water a day. I just need to make sure I pay attention to any side affects that may occur, but most reports I have read state that Xenadrine is basically safe as long as you follow the directions. I am going to try and cut out my caffine intake since there is a good amount in the supplement already.

Has any one else used this?

Friend of mine is currently taking it. Makes you SUPER thirsty. I "borrowed" hers, and I took it for like a week, just to see what it would do. I drank like 5 bottles of water a day..and I was nonstop-peeing. It curbed my appetite, but I'm not THAT big and it made me a little jittery -- like drinking way too much coffee.

I've been on Metabolife too, though...and the side-effects of that are rather disconcerting, which is why it's not as popular. I was bouncing off the walls. So then I returned it (the Metabolife). :P

However, for the week that I did take Xenadrine, I did notice I was really energetic, and I felt as though I was getting a really great workout because of the extra energy. But not so much energy that I was bouncing off the walls...hehe.

Though I've been working out regularly for the last couple years, I took the Xenadrine not really to lose weight -- because I don't think weight-loss can ever come in a bottle -- but so that I'd have more energy to lose more weight by working out for longer periods of time.

I currently work out about 3-5 times a week, and I always do at least 30-45 minutes of cardio each time to burn fat, but a lot of the time, I tire out DURING the process. The Xenadrine helped a bit. I think that's what it was basically designed to do -- it's not a FAT BURNER, but it gives you the little boost to really get into it and not zonk out. :)

I wouldn't take it forever, Dan...but to get into working out more and to give yourself that little energy boost (especially for cardio, like me), it's okay. :)

Well I have heard the it helps speed up your metabolism... I'm using it just to see what it does. I guess I will see what happens, I have 120 tablets... so that is about a month try out.

I forgot to tell you...

If you take Xenadrine, make sure you EAT!

I know it makes you NOT HUNGRY and all you want to do is drink gallons and gallons of water...but in order for your metabolism to do any kind of speeding up, you have to eat balanced, regular meals, and keep up your workouts.

In addition to cardio, do a lot of weight training. Muscle burns fat, and totally strengthens your body.

I'm all chipper right now because I had a great workout earlier this evening. :)

I forgot that it made you thirsty and i think the reason why you go to the bathroom is because your getting rid of crap in your body. It seemed like it was a healty energy not to jitterty just enought to make you want to do a little more. All you have to do is try i out for a month and a half :P and see how you like it but make sure you exercise while your taking it.

yeah, taking it now.

talk about jitters. WHOO!!! my hand were shaking non-stop all week. i stopped it on thursday because i had important work to do. as far as more energy, to me it was just a caffeine rush, just like having a lot of coffee. haven't noticed much of a difference, though.

Let me try some, and then maybe then I can comment on it. I have taken metobolife.. and it makes me jittery, and hungry... not good when your trying to lose weight. I went to the weight doctor for a little while last year, and if I did not have to take so many pills I probably could have stuck to it. UGH! Well Daniel, good luck anyways.
