Subject: Part 2...

After clothes shopping I put on some of my new work out clothes and roller bladed for about 20 mins. Sure it's not a lot of time but it's better then no exercise at all. Plus my feet were getting sore because it had been about a years since I had bladed before. I'm going to try to do more of this type of stuff after I get off of work at night. We will see if I am able to...

Working out is fun. I have to go tomorrow for sure. I went Monday and Tuesday...then I hurt myself Tuesday night and haven't gone since. (Thursday I was babysitting for a friend.) Don't quit, 'cause if you let too much time pass between workouts, you'll get lazy like I do. :x I like to make it a routine (I MAKE myself go at LEAST 3 times a week) so that I'm used to it and I feel incomplete if I don't accomplish that 3-times-a-week minimum. :)
