Ok, I have broccoli, tomatoes, a sweet onion, and time to stop at both the store and the Orange farmers market today. What can I cook that's vegetarian? I was thinking something like broccoli, tomatoes, and tofu with some type of sauce (teriyaki?) and maybe get some tofu? I've never cooked tofu before I guess I could season it with some soy sauce or something.

Someone give me some tips, help. :) You have 3 hours!

Exactly what kind of tofu are you using?

You could get away with a simple tofu with oyster sauce. Get some firm (not extra firm or soft) tofu, and just pour some oyster sauce over it. Add a few slices of a hothouse cucumber or a skinned regular one.

Goes great with rice porridge. Rice porridge is just regular rice with a whole lot more water added, and cooked longer.

If you're going to stir fry tofu, use the extra firm and add it last, otherwise it's mush like Jen says. Or you could go with the pressed tofu and add it about halfway during cooking.
