The esthetician there is my friend Elizabeth. At least, I think so. They probably have more than one there, but my friend Liz is one of them. She's also a crazy healer woman. But more about that later...
When Kelly is breaking out, it's because the hair that wicks out the oils in her skin have been removed. When you remove the hair, then the oil has no way out and subsequently clogs your pores and causes a breakout. Unless, of course, you are talking about a rash or something. Then you can blame the wax.
If she breaks out regularly from the waxing, she might be interested in tweezing regularly or threading (if you're talking about eyebrows and not "other" areas...haha). I don't normally wax anything on my face or my eyebrows and I am the Waxing Queen...because I have sensitive skin to certain (most) waxes and I hyperpigment (my skin turns a bruise-looking color and it's not pretty).
