I'm going to start taking Xenadrine today to see if I can help kick start my body losing weight. I am trying to eat better and I'm trying to get in a couple days of excersise every week, plus I also drink about 1 -1.5 liters of water a day. I just need to make sure I pay attention to any side affects that may occur, but most reports I have read state that Xenadrine is basically safe as long as you follow the directions. I am going to try and cut out my caffine intake since there is a good amount in the supplement already.

Has any one else used this?
