Wow! Today was an amazing day. This is really is what I think of when I think of Kerry Wood. He is a such an amazing young dominate pitcher. It is great to see him come back from arm surgery and pitcher a complete game 1 hit shut out. Plus he struck out 14! This is why I have always thought he is so good. And to think he is only 23 years old!

"Capricorn and Love "

Your Capricorn lover could be the poster child for the saying: “My boy, you've got to pull yourself up by your bootstraps. There are no free meals in this life!” Another of Capricorn's favorite mottos is: "Hope for the best, but (make darn sure you) plan for the worst." I’ll take one final shot: “God helps those who help themselves.”

Have you gotten the picture yet? Capricorn is the Zodiacal pessimist! The Zodiacal Mountain goat Capricorn is hard working, almost always carrying more than his or her own share of the load (and letting you know it), and intent on climbing up to the very top of the heap. Practical, earthbound Capricorn thinks that you should be right up there with them, and Capricorn isn’t shy about telling you that.

Does it sound like I’m being a wee bit too hard on Capricorn? To tell you the truth, Capricorn is the one person I’d want to have with me in a wartime foxhole. When the "crunch" comes, you can safely place your trust in good old reliable and faithful Capricorn. That's because Capricorn has one more saying: “When the going gets tough, the tough get going!” Face it! Everyone's life feels like an endless series of wartime foxholes and crunches. Love and life are very serious matters for the average Capricorn. With Capricorn in your corner, as your trusted partner and lover, you’ll be sure to make it through, "come hell or high water."

Another major feather in Capricorn’s cap is that Capricorn is one of the three Zodiacal Earth Signs. This means that Capricorn tends to be well-grounded in time and space reality, and this also means that Capricorn is normally quite tuned into and grounded in their physical senses and in their body. In plain language this means, Capricorn can often be a very giving, sensual, and pleasurable lover.

Fortunately, there’s no such thing as a “pure” Capricorn type (or any other Zodiacal Sign, for that matter). Often, your Capricorn lover has a pinch of Sagittarius and/or a dash of Aquarius that helps lighten up all that dour Capricorn energy.

Shadow: Capricorn’s bleak and pessimistic attitude often leaves Capricorn prone to bouts of depression and melancholy. And while Leo is the sign best known for being an autocratic leader, Capricorn is often no slacker in the category of tyrannical dictators and taskmasters. Just ask a Gemini I know (but that's another story).

I am thinking on getting back to school in the Fall. Going to finish up the last couple classes I need for my A/A and then also Cypress has a Cisco program. That will be good for work.

I just need to get my boss to give me the schedule I want. Mon-Fri 8-5. Or Sun-Thur 8-5. Heck even better M-F 7-4... I might actually be able to do that.
