I've been working on redoing my web site tonight. Nothing amazing just changing it like I do every 6 months or so. Has a new color scheme which I think is extra spiffy. It's not all done I still need to get links up but if you want to check it out go here...
Let me know what you think of the new design. Of course I don't know if any of you saw the old design. It's gone!

I finally have my interview today for the supervisor position. Although I'm actually a bit more fond of getting promoted to a Senior Level 3 (Commercial) Technical Support position. I think I might even mention that to my boss today when I am interviewing with him today.

Stolen From My Yahoo! Daily Tip

Do you ever feel really tired? Not just sleepy, but achy, zapped, and mentally and physically bankrupted?
Hey, it's okay to feel that way. We all do sometimes. But if you seem to be trapped in a cycle of fatigue, you may be dealing with something out-of-the ordinary -- and dangerous.
Try these tips on diagnosing and breaking the grip of chronic fatigue so you can reconnect with your life force:

Get a medical check-up. Sometimes perpetual weariness is a symptom of an underlying problem such as diabetes or depression. Step one to regaining your energy is finding out whether there's a physiological or psychological root to the problem.

Change your sleep schedule. It doesn't seem to make sense, but sometimes getting too much sleep can make you tired. And of course, not getting enough sleep is bound to drain your energy levels.

Exercise your good judgment. This may not seem to make sense, either. But exercise is a great way to battle fatigue. But don't overdo it. Too much exercise can make you more susceptible to exhaustion and illness. Strike a balance. Learn to listen to your body and go for the flow rather than the burn.

Get your lean protein and your complex carbohydrates. Protein can help boost mental alertness and physical energy levels. Sugary treats and white breads make you tired by spiking blood sugar levels, then leading them over a cliff.

Learn to focus your mental energies wisely. Don't worry, problem solve. Excessive worry can be a huge mental and physical drain.

Reconnect with your true self. Audit your life to make sure it's the life you want. Losing touch with your goals and dreams disconnects you from your main source of energy.
