Woohoo... I just bought Neverwinter Nights. A brand new D&D game for the PC. I guess I won't be leaving the house anytime soon, except for work... :)

I'm sure there's a perfectly acceptable Geek-girl out there just waiting for Nad to come along.

He just hasn't challenged her to the right game yet. :D

Subject: I don't get it
One of my co-workers got "the call" the other day. EB had NWN in stock so we had to rush down there and pick up his copy that he had reserved. Of course, when we get there, they had a couple hundred copies left. They had sold out of the World creator book though, but we located it at Funco Land.

I've never been a big fan of the D&D universe. Swords and sorcery just never idd it for me. Now, an MMORPG set in the Shadowrun universe might get me hooked. Guns and sorcery, that's more like it. :)

I've heard rave reviews from my other co-worker though. The one who rushed out to buy it hasn't even played it yet. He plans on running a game server though once he brushes up on his C skills so that he can program the world.

Me, I've got a 12 hour work day every day and barely enough time for my own life, I don't have time for a virtual one. I'll stick to my hour of Sims each night. :)
